Estimation Engineer (MEP)
- Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects and facilities maintenance contracts.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine project requirements and quantities.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare material takeoff’s, cost analyzes, and pricing schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams during the bidding process.
- Ensure estimates comply with project specifications, client requirements, and company standards.
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.
