As a Consultant Intensive Care in a private setting, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill patients in a state-of-the-art intensive care unit (ICU).

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex cases, coordinating with other medical specialists, and implementing advanced treatment modalities to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage critically ill patients in a private healthcare facility’s intensive care unit (ICU).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced medical technologies and therapies to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to best practice guidelines.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in intensive care medicine and participate in continuous learning.

Requirements

• Medical degree and specialized training in Intensive Care Medicine.
• Proven experience as a Consultant in intensive care within a private healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of advanced critical care interventions, technologies, and practices.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse medical teams.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
• Ability to uphold privacy and ethical standards in patient care.
• Current medical licensure and board certification in Intensive Care Medicine.
