Job Title: MEP Engineer

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,500 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other relevant authority regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Prepare material submittals, method statements, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and as-built records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the UAE construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and UAE building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage).
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
