BIM Engineers – HVAC & Fire Fighting
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced BIM Engineers specializing in HVAC and Fire Fighting systems to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for BIM modelling, coordination, and preparation of detailed shop drawings for building services projects.
Requirements:
- Fire Fighting BIM Engineer: Minimum 3+ years of experience
- HVAC BIM Engineer: Minimum 3+ years of consultant experience
- Experience in MEP system modelling and multidisciplinary coordination
- Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordinated BIM models, and technical documentation
- Good understanding of relevant HVAC and Fire Fighting standards and codes
Proficiency:
- Autodesk Revit MEP for system modeling
- AutoCAD for detailed technical drawings
- Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, coordination meetings, and model review processes
