IT Support Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Propharma Medical Supplies
We are looking for an *IT Support Engineer* with strong hands-on experience in L1/L2 technical support, troubleshooting, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite and remote L1/L2 IT support to users and clients.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
* Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook/email, software, and hardware issues.
* Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, cabling, and network connectivity.
* Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall and VPN.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and user accounts.
* Install and troubleshoot Avaya/PABX phone systems and CCTV.
* Provide technical support for ERP and HIMS applications.
* Handle helpdesk tickets, emails, and client requests within agreed SLA.
* Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and support reports.
* Coordinate with vendors and remote support teams when required.
* Conduct site visits, identify IT issues, prepare reports/BOQ/SOW, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
* Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
* Hands-on knowledge of FortiGate, VPN, Windows Server, networking, Avaya/PABX, ERP/HIMS, and desktop support.
* CCNA, Fortinet, Microsoft, A+, or similar certifications are an advantage.
* Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Pay: AED2,076.22 – AED6,645.14 per month
