MEP Draftsman – Interior Design & Fit-Out Jobs in Dubai at HSJB BUSINESS CONSULTING
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with Interior Design and Project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and local authority standards (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.)
- Assist in preparing load schedules, heat load calculations, lighting (lux) calculations, singleline diagrams, and as-built drawings
- Revise drawings as required to support site execution teams
- Ensure drawings meet project timelines and drafting standards Maintain organized drawing documentation Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in; Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering Or a related discipline
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in an established interior fit-out company in similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP works
- Good knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems for commercial projects
- Ability to read and interpret MEP and electrical drawings
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
