DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for MEP BIM Modeler in Doha, Qatar
Industry: Construction / AEC
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in MEP BIM Modeling (AEC Industry)
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- MEP BIM modeling using Revit & AutoCAD
- Prepare LOD 400 & LOD 500 BIM models
- LOD 400 to be developed as per consultant design & project requirements
- Update BIM models (LOD 500) based on:
- Red-line markups
- Site survey reports
- Laser scanning / point cloud inputs
- Maintain BIM data as per project and client requirements
* MEP Discipline: HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Electrical
Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MEP services and construction practices
- Good understanding of BIM standards, coordination & documentation
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
