MEP BIM Modeler Jobs in Doha at Al Mohannadi Group Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) BIM models using

Autodesk Revit.

 Prepare MEP construction drawings, shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and

detailed installation drawings.

 Coordinate MEP models with Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines and perform

clash detection using Navisworks.

 Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports from BIM models.

 Ensure compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, BEP, LOD requirements, and

applicable codes.

 Perform model quality checks and support project teams throughout design and

construction phases.

Requirements:

 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering,

or a related field.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.

 Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

 Experience with Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection.

 Knowledge of BIM workflows, COBie, BEP, LOD, QA/QC, and Common Data Environment

(ACC/BIM 360).

 Experience in MEP shop drawing preparation, quantity take-offs, and construction

documentation.

 Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Protection

systems.

 Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 Autodesk Revit MEP Certification is an advantage.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
