Key Requirements & Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in HVAC/MEP maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, preferably with UAE/Gulf experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of DX systems, split units, package units, ducted split systems, FCUs and AHUs.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, drainage and control-related HVAC faults.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance using HVAC tools and testing equipment safely.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance related to MEP/HVAC works.
- Follow HSE requirements, PPE, permit-to-work procedures and site safety standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and keep tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Able to read basic HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment specifications.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights, plant rooms and restricted areas when required; lifting/carrying materials and equipment when required.
- Good communication skills in English and ability to follow work and safety instructions.
- UAE Driving License will be an advantage and is preferred.
- Trade certificate/ITI/Diploma in HVAC, AC & Refrigeration awareness will be preferred.
- Must be presentable, professional, safety-conscious and able to work effectively with the MEP team.
- Practical trade test and previous employment references may be required.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
