Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer hospitality in line with BMW Group and AGMC standards, while effectively contributing to the Sales Department’s targets and supporting the organization’s vision and mission.
Role Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting customers arriving showroom,
Assisting and directing customers to the relevant area, depending on their requirements,
Ensuring that customers are being attended to by the relevant person in a timely manner,
Ensuring that waiting customers have been made comfortable,
Coordinating the customer complaints management process,
Carrying out internal quality audits. Preparing and following up action plans based on audit results and internal meetings,
Proactively identifying any cosmetic, CI, health and safety of other issues which require immediate attention in the showroom and to initiate action on the same,
Reporting to the Management any issues which might contribute negatively to the achievement of customer satisfaction,
Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times.
Focus on quality of customer service & regular follow-up.
Communicate professionally with customers at all times before, during & after the sale.
Communicate in a professional manner with customers and callers.
Maintains quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Support overall objectives of the department.
Encourage & maintain a high level of team spirit within the department.
Should be team orientated, working as a team member assisting and supporting their colleagues and other departments in achieving a shared vision.
Candidate Specifications
2 to 3 years of experience in customer service
Passionate about cars!
Strong Communication skills, written and verbal.
