Medical Representative – Apprenticeship

Employment Type: 6-Month Apprenticeship (Subject to extension and confirmation based on performance)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as apprentice. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry and gain practical experience in medical sales and marketing.
The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop the knowledge and skills required to build a successful career in pharmaceutical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
- Visit doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals daily to promote the company’s products.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, product discussions, and sales activities.
- Gather customer feedback and share market and competitor information with the team.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Follow company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ Science/ Life Sciences/ Nursing, or any Healthcare-related field.
- Graduates in Business Administration with a strong interest in pharmaceutical sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Must hold a valid UAE dependent visa.
- Candidates residing in Dubai will be preferred.
