Job Description:
We are looking for an Interior Designer with extensive experience in the field, and strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional interior designs and leveraging their network to source high-quality materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
Create innovative and functional interior design plans that meet client needs and expectations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
Utilize established vendor and supplier relationships to source materials, furnishings, and products.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain project budgets.
Oversee the selection of finishes, furniture, and décor to ensure aesthetic appeal and functionality.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful and efficient project execution.
Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and regulations.
Provide on-site supervision and manage any issues that arise during project execution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Strong relationships with vendors and suppliers within the industry.
Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
