We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer specialized in gas systems to perform engineering operations and oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of gas equipment and systems, ensuring their operation meets the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- System Management and Operation: Oversee the operation of gas equipment and systems (including pressure turbines and networks) to ensure safe and effective performance.
- Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all gas compressors, valves, and pipelines.
- Design and Development: Participate in engineering design studies (FEED), evaluate, and update existing gas systems to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance with Safety: Strict adherence to health and safety standards (HSE) applicable in the country and ensure all equipment complies with established technical specifications.
- Contract and Project Management: Supervise maintenance and installation contractors, review drawings, and assess technical reports for management.
