Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and provide an exceptional experience that reflects the center’s identity.
- Manage bookings and schedules, ensuring daily operations are organized.
- Respond to phone calls and WhatsApp messages professionally and promptly.
- Monitor client attendance and coordinate with specialists and management.
- Interact with reservation systems and sales points, utilizing the software programs used in the center.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, continuously updating data.
- Maintain an organized reception area and a professional atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality.
- Previous experience in reception or customer service.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, at an excellent level.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to interact with various systems and software programs, with a quick learning ability for new software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of communication and professional interpersonal skills.
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor.
- Able to work within a team and handle work pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spas, salons, or beauty centers.
- Familiarity with report preparation and data monitoring using Excel.
- Able to communicate with clients in English.
