We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Mechanical Engineer with a solid background in site execution to join our growing engineering team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire fighting) installations from blueprint to handover, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Installation: Oversee and ensure the high-quality installation of Chilled Water Piping, Firefighting Piping, HVAC systems, Plumbing, and Drainage works.
Material Management: Prepare accurate and timely Material Take-offs (MTO) and Material Requests (MR) to ensure zero project delays.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary mechanical liaison on-site, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with the Civil Engineering team.
Team Leadership: Effectively manage site staff, subcontractors, and labor forces to meet strict project timelines and safety standards.
Quality & Safety Control: Monitor on-site progress to guarantee compliance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local safety regulations.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years of proven site execution experience specifically in MEP projects.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on familiarity with HVAC, firefighting systems, chilled water networks, and drainage/plumbing works.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
