About Us:
24.7 Uniforms is a UAE-based factory specializing in custom uniform design, manufacturing, supply, and branding for hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and industrial clients . We are looking for an experienced Master Cutter to join our production team.
Responsibilities:
- Take accurate body measurements and prepare master patterns from sketches, samples, or tech packs
- Grade patterns across all sizes for men’s and women’s uniforms (shirts, trousers, coveralls, abayas, chef wear, medical scrubs, etc.)
- Prepare markers to minimize fabric wastage and control material consumption
- Perform manual and machine cutting for single pieces and bulk production orders
- Handle fabrics including cotton, poly-cotton, twill, suiting, and stretch fabrics, accounting for shrinkage
- Check cut panels against patterns and supervise the cutting section
- Coordinate with the tailoring, embroidery, and finishing teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain cutting tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Master Cutter in a uniform or garment factory
- Strong skills in pattern making, grading, and marker making
- Experience with bulk cutting for corporate or institutional orders
- Good knowledge of fabric types, shrinkage, and consumption calculation
- Ability to work fast and accurately under production deadlines
- Candidates currently in the UAE preferred; immediate joiners an advantage
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
