Job Description
Al Riyadh Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Mason to join our technical services and maintenance team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in masonry, tile fixing, plastering, block work, waterproofing, concrete repair, and general civil maintenance. The candidate should be capable of working independently and delivering high-quality finishing work at residential, commercial, and hospitality sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general masonry and civil maintenance works at client sites.
- Carry out block work, brickwork, plastering, and cement works.
- Perform floor and wall tile installation and replacement.
- Repair damaged tiles, grout, plaster, walls, and concrete surfaces.
- Carry out wall crack repair and surface preparation.
- Perform waterproofing-related repair and maintenance works.
- Carry out screeding, levelling, and surface finishing.
- Repair and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, walls, floors, and other civil structures.
- Prepare and mix cement, mortar, concrete, and other construction materials.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure proper levels and alignment.
- Perform minor civil repair and rectification works as instructed by the supervisor.
- Maintain proper finishing quality and complete work according to project requirements.
- Use masonry tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area before and after completing the job.
- Follow all company and site health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other trades during maintenance works.
- Attend emergency maintenance and repair requirements when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant masonry experience.
- UAE experience in technical services, facilities management, construction, hotel maintenance, or fit-out is preferred.
- Good knowledge of masonry tools, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong skills in tile fixing, plastering, block work, and general civil repairs.
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow work instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Physically fit and able to work at different client locations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
