Our media partner is hiring Delegate Sales Executives for a 3–5month contractual assignment in Dubai. This role suits individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B sales or delegate acquisition.
Position: Delegate Sales Executive (Contract)
Location: Dubai
Duration: 3–5 months
Requirement: Valid UAE Visa (Dependent‑Sponsored Candidates Only)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential delegates via calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Manage the full delegate acquisition cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior‑level professionals across industries.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with events and marketing teams to align delegate profiles.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, delegate sales, or conference/exhibition delegate acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Professional, confident, and results‑oriented approach.
- Must hold a valid UAE visa.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in events, media, or conference sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to engage senior‑level decision‑makers.
