Objective of the Position:
The role involves supervising the implementation of marketing activities, developing customer acquisition channels, and monitoring the marketing team to achieve significant growth, increase customer numbers, and manage pricing offers and insurance documents.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement marketing plans according to the company’s objectives.
- Supervise the marketing team, distribute tasks, and monitor performance.
- Attract new customers from individuals and institutions.
- Develop relationships with car exhibitions, agencies, partnerships, and potential stakeholders.
- Monitor potential customers and convert opportunities into pricing offers and documents.
- Increase the number of pricing offers and monitor their results and conversion rates.
- Track marketing campaigns and measure their results.
- Maintain customer data and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports on performance, opportunities, and insights.
- Monitor performance indicators and analyze reasons for results decline and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with departments on insights and customer service.
- Monitor current customers and renewals without relying on them as the sole source of production.
- Study the market and competitors and propose new marketing opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with marketing materials and company policies.
- Execute other marketing-related tasks and achieve the company’s objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One year of experience in marketing or exhibitions, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Experience in supervising work teams and achieving objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong skills in report preparation and performance indicator analysis.
- Fluency in Arabic, with a good command of English.
- Preferably hold a basic insurance certification.
