Position: Captain Waiter / Head Waiter (Fine dining Experienced)
Starting Salary: SAR 2,500 tp SAR 2,750 with FREE shared accommodation and transportation
Role Overview The Captain Waiter leads a section of the dining room and guides the waiter team during service. This person makes sure each table gets attentive, high-quality service and steps in to support guests and staff when needed. The role reports to the Supervisor or the Floor Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Greet guests, present the menu, and guide them through food choices with confidence.
- Lead and guide waiters in your section, and check their work during service.
- Take orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen without delay.
- Check each table regularly to make sure food, drinks, and service meet the standard.
- Handle guest requests or concerns quickly, and inform the Floor Manager when needed.
- Make sure tables are set correctly and the section is clean and ready before service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene rules at all times.
- 2+ years of experience as a waiter or captain, preferably in a high-end restaurant.
- Good communication skills in English; a warm and professional manner with guests.
- Ability to stay organized under pressure and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Pay: ﷼2,500.00 – ﷼2,750.00 per month
