About us
NoWayOut builds premium escape rooms: immersive, high-production live experiences where a group gets locked into a story and has to work together to solve their way out before the clock runs down. We’re the top end of the market, big sets, real detail, the kind of game people talk about for weeks. We’re growing fast across the Gulf and we’re building our team in Riyadh.
What you’ll actually do
- Own local marketing across Riyadh: activations, events, promotions and partnerships that put bums in seats
- Build relationships with local businesses, malls, venues, schools, corporates and communities
- Be the face of the brand on the ground and bring back what customers are telling you
- Run local ads and on-site promo, and track what’s actually driving bookings
- Work closely with our content team, and jump into creating content yourself when it helps
You’ll fit right in if you
- Are based in Riyadh (or ready to relocate) with the right to work in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in marketing, sales, promotions or events is a plus, but not a must. No experience? If you’re sharp, driven and great with people, we still want to hear from you
- Love being out talking to people rather than stuck behind a desk
- Are organised, driven, and genuinely want to grow into a management role
- Speak English; Arabic is a strong plus for the Saudi market
