Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the museum’s branding and marketing initiatives. This mid-career position requires adynamicprofessional who can develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass productpromotion, visitor attraction plans, and content management. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all marketing campaigns, from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
The Marketing Manager will also lead copywriting efforts to produce engaging content that resonates withdiverseaudiences. This role necessitates full management of the museum’s accounts, strongcollaborationwith external marketing agencies, and meticulous tracking and analysis of campaign performance metrics. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be accountable for budget development, design management, and organizing high-impact events to enhance visitor engagement and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate must exhibit exceptionalleadership,communication, andanalytical skillswhile fostering a creative andcollaborative environmentwithin the marketing team.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the cultural or museum sector.
Demonstrated competency in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive visitor engagement and brand loyalty.
Proven ability to manage budgets effectively, with a strong grasp of financial planning andresource allocationin a marketing context.
Expertise in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, social media, and content marketing, with a track record of optimizing online presence and performance.
Excellentcommunication skills, with proficiency in copywriting and content creation for various platforms and audiences.
Stronganalytical skills, with experience in using data to inform marketing decisions and demonstrating campaign effectiveness through performance metrics.
Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Competency in organizing and executing marketing events and exhibitions, with a focus on enhancing visitor experiences and engagement.
A deep understanding of branding principles, including the ability to align marketing messages with organizational values and vision.
Ability to supervise a team effectively, providing guidance and fosteringprofessional growthamong team members.
