Marketing Manager – Luxury Segment

About the Role

We are seeking a highly polished and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead luxury brand marketing initiatives in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is a candidate currently based in Riyadh with hands-on experience in premium content creation, luxury event execution, and high-end brand collateral production.

This is not a purely strategic role. The successful candidate must be able to translate brand direction into elegant, high-impact campaigns, premium experiences, and visually sophisticated marketing assets that resonate with affluent audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1) Luxury Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with premium and ultra-luxury brand positioning
  • Lead creation of high-end content across digital, social media, campaigns, editorials, and brand storytelling platforms
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, designers, and agencies to produce visually exceptional output
  • Ensure all content reflects exclusivity, craftsmanship, aspiration, and refined brand language

2) Brand Events & Client Experiences

  • Plan and execute luxury events, private client engagements, VIP launches, and premium brand experiences
  • Coordinate with venues, suppliers, creative partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery
  • Oversee event branding, guest journey, ambience, touchpoints, and post-event engagement
  • Maintain exceptional standards in execution suitable for high-net-worth audiences

3) Premium Marketing Materials Production

  • Manage development of brochures, invitations, catalogues, presentations, packaging, and branded collateral
  • Ensure all materials meet elevated luxury standards in terms of concept, messaging, finish, and presentation
  • Liaise with creative agencies, printers, production houses, and vendors to deliver premium-quality outputs

4) Brand Image & Visual Consistency

  • Protect and elevate the brand’s visual identity across all customer-facing and partner-facing touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetics, messaging, and premium positioning
  • Drive a highly detail-oriented approach to brand presentation

5) Digital & Social Media Oversight

  • Manage brand presence across key digital and social platforms with strong attention to luxury aesthetics and storytelling
  • Monitor engagement, audience behavior, and campaign performance
  • Support brand visibility and relevance within premium lifestyle and affluent consumer segments

6) Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning

  • Stay current on luxury consumer trends, competitor activity, market shifts, and premium audience preferences
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen perception, relevance, and customer experience
  • Benchmark against global best practices in luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, jewellery, and watch marketing

Must-Have Requirements

  • Currently based in Riyadh
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium segment marketing
  • Strong background in content generation, storytelling, and visual brand execution
  • Proven experience in high-end events, VIP experiences, and premium collateral production
  • Hands-on executor with the ability to manage both strategy and delivery
  • Experience engaging affluent, luxury, or high-net-worth customer segments
  • Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to protect and elevate premium brand standards
