Role Description – Marketing Executive (Healthcare Marketing)

We are seeking a creative, well-connected, and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the medical center’s brand, increase patient engagement, and support business growth across our branches in Dammam and Khobar.

This is a healthcare-focused marketing role requiring previous experience in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or other healthcare organization. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the local market, be familiar with community and cultural events in the Eastern Province, and possess an established professional network that can help create marketing opportunities and strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for enhancing the center’s visibility, supporting patient acquisition and retention, organizing promotional activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the medical center’s services, specialties, health packages, and community initiatives.
  • Manage the medical center’s social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and other online channels.
  • Coordinate with doctors and department managers to create educational and promotional healthcare content.
  • Maintain and update the medical center’s website with accurate service information, announcements, and promotional content.
  • Create or coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, digital creatives, videos, and other promotional assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Plan, organize, and execute health awareness campaigns, community outreach programs, corporate activations, exhibitions, and promotional events across Dammam and Khobar.
  • Identify opportunities for the medical center to participate in local exhibitions, cultural events, corporate events, and community initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, corporate organizations, schools, universities, government entities, event organizers, and community partners.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional activities that support the medical center’s growth objectives.
  • Represent the medical center at networking events, exhibitions, health campaigns, and community engagements throughout the Eastern Province.
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with healthcare advertising regulations and maintain the organization’s professional image.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, printers, and media partners when required.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications (Strict Requirements)

  • Previous marketing experience in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or other healthcare organization is REQUIRED.
  • Healthcare marketing experience is mandatory. Applications without healthcare marketing experience will not be considered.
  • Strong experience organizing and managing marketing events, exhibitions, health campaigns, and community outreach initiatives is REQUIRED.
  • Well-established professional network in Dammam and Khobar, with strong connections to local businesses, event organizers, corporate organizations, and community groups.
  • Familiarity with cultural events, exhibitions, festivals, corporate events, and community activities in the Eastern Province is REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience creating marketing content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Strong understanding of branding, customer engagement, and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Candidates must currently reside in Dammam or Khobar.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is REQUIRED, with the ability to travel between the medical center’s locations and attend external meetings, events, and community engagements.
  • Ability to work on-site across the medical center’s locations in Dammam and Khobar.
