Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Executive who can manage our social media presence, create engaging graphic designs, and execute digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, and graphic design tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching graphics for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and marketing copy.
  • Design promotional materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
  • Edit photos and videos for social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
  • Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and implement new marketing ideas.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support marketing activities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum at least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, or a similar role.
  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of branding and content marketing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
