RDHS Group is hiring a Group Marketing Director to lead the strategic marketing for our growing F&B and Retail divisions in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced, visionary leader who can scale our brands and drive consumer engagement.
Role Overview:
As the Group Marketing Director at RDHS Group, you will be the driving force behind the marketing strategies for our Food & Beverage (F&B) and Retail businesses. You will lead the charge in building brand awareness, executing multichannel campaigns, and driving customer engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to elevate our F&B and Retail portfolios.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of creative campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media to maximize ROI.
- Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency, positioning, and messaging across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the marketing team, while collaborating closely with F&B operations and retail management.
- Budgeting & Analytics: Manage the marketing budget effectively and track KPIs to measure the success of all initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager, or in a similar executive role (F&B or Retail industry experience highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
