FINANCE MANAGER – F&B INDUSTRY

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage and oversee the financial operations of our F&B business, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, effective cost management, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports.
- Monitor P&L, profitability, and financial KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager.
- F&B industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of F&B costing, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Strong experience in accounting and ERP software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing finance operations for multiple F&B outlets/branches.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financial KPIs and cost-control procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet F&B environment.
