The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. They aim to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services, or ideas.
Position Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
Assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of nannies and/or domestic workers that is marketed by the Center.
Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
Maintain a database for all nannies/domestic workers that has been sold ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate with back office for all available resources that needs to be marketed
