We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our growing startup team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional who enjoys meeting new people, presenting products, and building relationships.
As one of the first representatives of our platform, you will introduce our beauty marketplace to salons, clinics, and beauty professionals through product demonstrations, client meetings, and onboarding sessions. We are looking for someone with a confident personality, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to persuade and build trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Present the platform’s features and benefits.
- Identify and approach potential providers and partners (Salons, Clinics, etc.)
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and onboard them on our marketplace.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and provider onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with the product and operations teams to improve the product onboarding experience.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or events is an advantage.
- Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is beneficial.
- Social Media Marketing & Page Management Skills.
