Job Objective:
Attracting new clients for agencies through field visits to companies and institutions, and participating in car exhibitions, while introducing available insurance products and converting marketing opportunities into pricing proposals and insurance documents.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily field visits to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Attracting new clients from companies, institutions, and individuals.
- Visiting car exhibitions and agencies to build ongoing working relationships.
- Introducing the insurance products and services offered by the agencies.
- Gathering client data and identifying their insurance needs.
- Transferring client requests to the department responsible for preparing pricing proposals.
- Following up on pricing proposals with clients until documents are issued.
- Assessing potential visits, opportunities, pricing proposals, and production.
- Recording client data, visits, and marketing opportunities.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports on visit outcomes and follow-ups.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and monitoring their satisfaction levels.
- Adhering to the agency’s systems, instructions, and marketing policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- One year of experience in field marketing or promotions, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Fluency in Arabic, with a good command of English.
- Preferred to hold a basic insurance certification.
- Driving license and availability of transportation.
