Key Responsibilities:
Client and Consultant Liaison:
Assist in maintaining
communication
with clients and consultants, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Registration, Testing, and Certification:
Support the team in managing product registration, testing, and certification processes.
Pre-Qualification and Document Preparation:
Prepare pre-qualification documents, proposals, and other marketing-related submissions.
Marketing Material Creation:
Collaborate to create and design high-quality marketing materials such as technical brochures, presentations, and flyers.
Social Media Management:
Assist with managing and updating social media platforms like Linked In, aligned with company marketing strategies.
Database Management:
Regularly update and maintain the consultant/project database to ensure all contact details and project information are current and accurate.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
for professional interaction with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with photo editing tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing processes.
Exceptional organizational and
multitasking
abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
A valid UAE driving license to support potential travel for client meetings and project requirements.
