Job Description

Role Objective

We are seeking a highly analytical, research-driven Marketing Analyst to join the avertra marketing team. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an adaptable executor, able to translate research and insights into actionable marketing strategies while ensuring consistency with the avertra brand.

The Marketing Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support multi-channel campaigns, content creation, events, and sales enablement initiatives. This person will also play a critical role in internal and external brand advocacy, leveraging AI tools to enhance storytelling, optimize output, and strengthen brand consistency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Research & Insights

  • Conduct thorough market, competitor, and audience research to inform campaigns and content strategy.
  • Analyze product and service offerings, extracting insights to inform positioning, messaging, and narrative development.
  • Present findings in clear, actionable formats for leadership and cross-functional teams.

2. Content Development & Storytelling

  • Translate complex data and product/services insights into compelling, accurate, and brand-aligned copy for:
  • Social media platforms and email marketing
  • Website, blogs and long-form writing
  • Brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral
  • Support sales enablement by developing persuasive content tailored to different audiences.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and personal branding efforts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and brand tone across all channels.
  • Leverage AI and marketing tools to maximize content impact, efficiency, and engagement.

3. Events & Brand Advocacy

  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Support initiatives to increase internal awareness and employee advocacy of the aertra brand and it’s offerings.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting thought leadership and organizational values internally and externally.

4. Strategic Contribution

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on research, analytics, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and Growth teams to shape campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and positioning.
  • Adapt quickly to feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in output quality and effectiveness.
