We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and results‑driven Mandarin‑speaking Off‑Plan Specialist to represent new launches, guide investors, and close high‑ROI off‑plan transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Present off‑plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities to Mandarin‑speaking clients
- Conduct high‑impact sales presentations, virtual tours, and launch‑specific briefings in Mandarin and English
- Build and maintain a portfolio of investors seeking early‑stage opportunities and capital appreciation
- Deliver tailored investment proposals covering ROI, rental yields, market trends, and developer insights
- Promote exclusive launches from Abu Dhabi’s leading developers
- Negotiate offers and secure bookings during pre‑launch and launch phases
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong product knowledge, professionalism, and cultural awareness
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Experience in off‑plan sales, real estate brokerage, or investment advisory
- Strong understanding of payment plans, construction timelines, and developer processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s major developers and new communities is preferred
