Our client, a multinational technology company, is searching for a Managing Director for their Saudi operation.
The company sells and delivers large scale, turnkey technology projects to banking customers. Combining security, hardware, software, infrastructure and automation, their projects range from mid-size to multi-year and high value. They have a portfolio of products to offer, allowing high levels of customization and solution design.
They are well established in KSA but there is still a huge amount of scope for growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage a large-scale team for sales, services and operations – front office and back office.
Accountable for maintaining and growing top line revenue.
Managing the P&L and EBITDA.
Manage C level relationships with customers and protect high value accounts – Banks & SAMA.
Operating within a matrix environment, manage multiple internal stakeholder relationships as well as 3rd party technology providers and subcontractors.
Develop and coach the team, improving sales performance and customer service.
Candidate requirements:
Relevant degree qualification.
Saudi National highly preferred.
Proven managerial experience – leading teams and owning the P&L.
Extensive technology sales experience.
Strong network of relationships and sales experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
Senior relationships with SAMA are highly beneficial.
Demonstrable experience with large scale technology solutions including hardware, software and services.
Previous experience of working with a multinational organisation will be beneficial.
