Develop strong client relationships and build credibility with clients, particularly with C-level client representatives.
Visualize clients’ problem resolution and potential future business benefits through sales workshops and meetings.
Work closely with the Enterprise Architect team to devise technical solutions aligned with client expectations and requirements.
Collaborate with Product teams to define a holistic transformation strategy considering both business and technological components.
Build customer relationships to support business development and sales efforts.
Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise within the targeted industry sector.
Coordinate with other sales and account managers to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Arrange meetings to update external clients and key partnership stakeholders, managing daily interactions effectively.
Review deal proposals with Senior Management to ensure partnerships are profitable and aligned with value creation opportunities.
Participate in projects to expand exposure, build relationships, and understand workplace policies and practices.
Collaborate with Legal teams to develop contractual agreements, negotiate terms, and vet contract content.
Develop and implement analytical, reporting, and financial models to support operational and tactical decisions, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
BSc in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience:
5-8 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in the targeted market.
Deep understanding of new revenue streams within ICT solutions, providing strategic and tactical advice to clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for requirements gathering, response development, and presentation.
