As a Tapster you will :
Lead and mentor the team to meet targets and provide excellent customer service.
Identify promising merchants and prospects to grow a healthy pipeline.
Sell our cross-border payment solutions through cold calling, meetings, networking, and events.
Assist new merchants in evaluating Tap Payments and address detailed product questions.
Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective merchants.
Manage the sales process and serve as the main contact for merchants and partners.
Maintain an organized portfolio and nurture key accounts.
Collaborate with other sales teams to share insights and industry trends.
Use communication and negotiation skills to close new merchants.
Perform other duties as needed based on business demands.
What you will bring to the party :
6-8 years of relevant experience and recognition as an industry or function leader.
Deep understanding of Pay Tech.
Preferred degree, but relevant experience is also valued.
Ability to develop and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Customer-first mindset and pursuit of excellence.
Humility and hands-onleadership style.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Quick thinking for complex challenges.
Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
Effective team discussion facilitation.
Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic skills are a plus.
