We are a busy, nail beauty salon in Dubai sheikh zayed road. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and staff management
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and client flow
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate team members (nail technicians, hairstylists, reception)
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies
- Handle client complaints professionally
- Drive sales, promotions, and business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of booking systems and basic computer skills
- Fluent in English
