Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages, and we’re continuing to grow rapidly!
We are recruiting for our Saudi operations, where you’ll join a growing team of nearly 250 supporting clients across the Kingdom to realize Vision 2030 projects. Efficio has been operating in KSA since 2014 and opened the Riyadh office in 2019. During this time, we have worked on some of the region’s largest infrastructure and giga projects, helping manage their end-to-end cost portfolios, deliver procurement value faster, and meet Local Content and ICV requirements.
As
a Management Consultant, you will:
Be accountable to a senior team member and handle specific work streams on client projects.
Manage the collection and interpretation of client data to develop recommended solutions.
Drive data analysis efficiently, proactively identify issues, and extract key insights.
Oversee multiple small or complex categories.
Support and guide junior consultants, ensuring adherence to Efficio methodologies and processes.
Manage relationships with client stakeholders to secure buy-in for strategies.
Set strategic directions, solve complex client problems, and tailor solutions to client needs.
Plan and implement strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies.
Participate in recruiting potential junior consultants.

We are especially interested in candidates who bring additional skills or experiences, such as:
Fluency in English and Arabic
Management consulting experience within a leading consultancy, especially in procurement and/or supply chain, or equivalent industry experience
Interest or experience in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projects
Proven experience working closely with senior client stakeholders
Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and draw sound conclusions
Attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Confidence in improving existing processes, recognizing opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions that add value
