Position: Male Medical Receptionist & Telesales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
Reception & Patient Coordination
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain daily cash reports.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are organized and presentable at all times.
Telesales & Business Development
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
- Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and ongoing offers.
- Follow up on inquiries, consultations, and treatment plans.
- Convert leads into booked appointments and treatment sales.
- Maintain and update CRM and lead management systems.
- Build strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and repeat visits.
- Achieve monthly sales and appointment booking targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly telesales performance reports.
