We are currently hiring for the position MALE Junior Accountant:
Job description:
A Junior Accountant is an entry-level accounting professional responsible for managing daily financial tasks, supporting senior accountants, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recording and maintaining journal and account entries, reconciling accounts, and investigating variances for accuracy and correction
2. Preparing and maintaining financial statements, balance sheets, and reports for internal and external use
3. Processing accounts payable and receivable, invoices, expense reports, and bank transactions, including deposits, check processing.
4. Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closings, corporate reporting, and ad hoc financial analyses.
5. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
6. Responding to internal and external inquiries related to financial transactions and providing quality review of work completed by peers
7. Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies
– Required Skills and Qualifications
1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required
2. Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in bookkeeping practices
4. Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
– Experience: 3-5 years
– Male only any Nationality
– Education: Graduate /master’s degree
* Language: English / Basic Arabic is an advantage
* Good in communication skills
Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
