Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) Operator to join our Facilities Management team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of BMU equipment for high-rise building façade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and inspect BMU equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform façade cleaning and assist with external maintenance activities.
- Conduct pre-use inspections and report any equipment defects.
- Follow safety procedures, work-at-height regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain daily operation and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of BMU operating experience.
- Experience in Facilities Management or high-rise building maintenance.
- Knowledge of BMU systems and working at heights.
- Valid BMU Operator certification/training is preferred.
- Good understanding of safety standards and emergency procedures.
- Must be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
