Oil Terminal Manager
Job Description
Spearhead and supervise the terminal operations and manager the workforce to ensure seamless execution of operations.
As a Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all terminal activities, including loading and unloading operations, scheduling, dispatching and inventory ,management.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, safety, maintenance and management of the oil terminal.
Ensure the efficient handling, storage and transportation of petroleum products.
Supervise and lead a team of operations, maintenance personnel and administrative staffs.
Oversee the routine maintenance and repair of terminal infrastructure including storage, tanks, pipelines, loading/unloading equipment’s and safety systems.
Develop and manage the terminals annual budget, tracking and controlling cost related to staffing, maintenance equipment and energy.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including shipping companies, regulators, customers and contractors.
Liaise with senior management to report terminal performance issues and initiatives.
Represent the company in meetings with regulatory authorities and local agencies, ensuring good relationships are maintained.
Should have good knowledge of terminal control using various software’s/ good practices in the industry.
Requirements and Skills
B- Tech – Mechanical Engineering/ Three-year Diploma in the Engineering.
Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in Oil Tank farming/ storage in India& UAE
Effective communication as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to build a strong rapport with internal and external stake holders.
Proficient in MS tools. Attention to detail, Analytical and Data interpretation skills.
Willingness to travel across UAE if required.
Age must be around 28 – 40.
Should be ready to work at flexible hours based on Industry requirements.
