Job Purpose:
To oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for residential properties, ensuring high-quality execution and operational efficiency, while managing procurement processes to secure materials and equipment at optimal cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Supervision:
– Supervise daily maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works).
– Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
– Monitor technicians’ performance and ensure work is completed to required standards.
– Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Procurement Management:
– Identify and plan maintenance-related material and equipment needs.
– Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate prices and terms.
– Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of essential items.
– Evaluate supplier performance and improve procurement efficiency.
Reporting & Monitoring:
– Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities and costs.
– Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements.
– Track maintenance and procurement budgets.
