Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine costs.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Develop detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and pricing sheets.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Ensure estimates are competitive and aligned with market rates.
Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and bids.
