Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and register maintenance requests and breakdown reports from drivers or operations.
- Coordinate truck movements to and from workshops efficiently and safely.
- Follow up on repair progress with technicians and workshops to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and track spare parts requests, approvals, and availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, service history, and repair reports.
- Communicate real-time truck status updates with the operations team.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports, cost summaries, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and company procedures.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.
