Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to manage and coordinate maintenance activities, service schedules, and technician assignments. The role requires strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams for daily assignments
- Receive and log service requests, complaints, and breakdown reports
- Follow up on job completion and ensure timely closure of tasks
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and service documentation
- Coordinate with clients for site access, scheduling, and updates
- Ensure availability of materials and spare parts for maintenance work
- Prepare service reports, quotations, and AMC-related documentation
- Monitor service performance and escalate delays or issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance coordination (UAE experience preferred)
- Experience in facilities management, fire protection, or MEP maintenance is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems is a plus
- Good communication and customer handling skills
