We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our operations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of business development experience in multiple industries, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities include driving revenue, managing the sales team, ensuring profitability, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements and skills:
7+years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales or a relevant role.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Provide regular performance reports.
Proven business development/project development track record.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Proficiency in English & Hindi
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Bachelor’s in Business administration or relevant field
