Responsibilities and Duties
- E Preparing and setting up machines, including calibration and cleaning, before starting production cycles.
- Inspecting and adjusting machinery throughout the production process.
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings such as speed, efficiency, and other operating parameters.
- Conducting inspections of components accurately and ensuring measuring tools are calibrated and available.
- Operating production lines and monitoring the production process to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Maintaining and improving machine performance and reporting any abnormalities promptly.
- Immediately reporting equipment breakdowns or emergency faults to the direct supervisor.
- Monitoring the addition and supply of raw materials or components to production lines.
- Monitoring production line operations and identifying and addressing any issues that may affect production.
- Conducting regular operational tests on machinery and equipment.
- Following all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
- Minimizing production waste while maintaining approved quality standards.
- Operating and handling different types of production machinery as required.
- Troubleshooting and resolving operational problems that may occur during production.
- Monitoring the condition and consistency of the mixture and returning any non-conforming mixture before it enters the oven.
- Coordinating with the mixer operator to adjust production process conditions as required.
- Adjusting product forming, grinding, filling, or cutting processes according to required specifications.
- Maintaining records of approved units, defective units, and finished products.
- Ensuring machines, tools, and work areas are kept clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Maintaining and updating periodic machine maintenance records and submitting them to the direct supervisor.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date activity and production records.
- Following professional ethics and prioritizing the company’s interests while avoiding conflicts of interest.
- Performing any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of production.
