Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury market segment.
Build and own the global luxury segment strategy (not market-specific), targeting UHNW and HNW audiences.
Conceptualize and lead the creation of bespoke luxury content across owned, earned, and paid channels, appealing to affluent travelers.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company’s competitiveness in the luxury sector.
Build go-to-market strategies for high-end tourism products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the luxury market and marketing practices.
Profile
A successful Luxury Marketing Director should have:
A degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
Proven experience in marketing and leading a marketing team.
Experience launching or repositioning high-end products or destinations.
15-20 years of experience in luxury marketing, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium travel/tourism sectors.
Proven expertise in communicating with UHNW/HNW audiences through tailored messaging and high-touch experiences.
