We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Specialist with a passion for luxury products, particularly high-end watches. The role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth in the luxury segment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and execute marketing events both inside and outside the boutique, including coordination with mall management, vendors, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote luxury watch brands across digital and offline channels
  • Coordinate with suppliers and international brands to align marketing activities with brand guidelines
  • Manage social media platforms and create high-quality content reflecting the brand’s premium identity
  • Plan and execute exclusive events, product launches, and in-store activations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the luxury retail sector
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure brand standards are maintained across all touchpoints
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and media partners
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Support CRM initiatives, including customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on Instagram.
  • Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through targeted marketing and sales initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the luxury watches and jewelry industry.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales preferably within a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing events, and boutique activations.
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, partnership development, and deal negotiation with a results-driven mindset.
  • Hands-on experience in retail operations and in-boutique sales, with a strong understanding of luxury customer service standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
